Where is this card accepted?
Online
You can add a Gift Card to your Airbnb account by visiting airbnb.co.nz/gift. Upon adding a Gift Card, the entire Gift Card value will be transferred to and shown on your Airbnb account as your Gift Card balance.
Exclusions
Gift Cards may only be applied towards charges for booking Accommodations, Experiences or Services; they may not be applied towards other charges in connection with services available via the Airbnb Platform, including but not limited to: changes to existing reservations, Resolution Centre payments, Damage Report amounts or the purchase of other Gift Cards.
Requirements
You must have an Airbnb account in order to use a Gift Card. If you do not have an Airbnb account, you’ll need to create one in order to use a Gift Card.
Terms and Conditions
Card balance does not expire. No fees apply to purchase or activate this Card. Redeemable by New Zealand residents towards the purchase of services on the Airbnb website and app. Use requires an Airbnb account. Card is non-reloadable and cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, returned or resold, except where required by law.
